Logging in to Outlook on the Web (OWA)

The instructions in this article pertain to Outlook on the web on Microsoft 365:


Accessing Outlook on the web 

To access Outlook on the Web app (OWA):

  1. Go to: http://outlook.com/mcgill.ca
  2. Sign in with your McGill Username and Password.

  3. The first time you sign in, you will be prompted to select your Language and Time Zone preferences.
  4. You will be redirected to the Outlook web interface. If you don't see your Inbox folder, click the arrow to expand the Folders.

  5. To adjust your mail settings, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the window:


Other features

You can switch between Mail, Calendar, Copilot, People, Groups, To Do, and OneDrive via the icons to the left of the folders pane:

Click on the waffle icon in the upper left corner to access other Office 365 apps, according to your role at McGill:
