Service overview
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) offers various training courses. See current offerings at: https://mcgill.ca/ehs/training
Use the EHS training registration system to:
- Register for EHS training courses
- Cancel your course registration up to the start of the course
- View your training records and requirements
- Receive a calendar invite for the course after registering
Who can use it
The EHS training registration system is available to McGill students, staff, and faculty.
Those affiliated with McGill who don't have a McGill username and password (e.g., visiting researchers, trainees, interns) must have their supervisor request training on their behalf using the Online FOAPAL Paying Participant Form.
How to request & access the service
To access the EHS Training Registration System:
- If you are accessing the site from off campus, set up a McGill Virtual Private Network(VPN) connection.
- Go to the EHS Training Registration website: https://www.mcgill.ca/ehs-registration.

NOTE: VPN required
If you are accessing this site from outside the McGill network you need to connect to the McGill VPN.
Cost
There is no cost associated with this service.
Availability
The service is available 24 X 7, except during planned maintenance or outages. Check the home page of the IT Support site for announcements.
